Malc, I don't even think they consider anything. My company is allegedly carbon neutral, because it planted 18 saplings 5 years ago.

Carbon offsetting is a con. It's the environmental equivalent of moving your food around on your plate and claiming to have eaten it all.

What happens if what I want to do is "plant some trees"? To be carbon neutral then I'd have to set fire to some old tyres to cancel it out.
