My Mum is doing another round of painting for the Child's Play charity Auctions (her last set of three raised $2,000)

She's already done a one of Scribblenauts and a one of World of Goo, but wants to do another one. Any ideas for games she could do some paintings of? Preferably with an image attached.

Nothing violent/with guns. Cartoon zombies are allowed.

One of the zombies from Dead Rising disembowelling a man. I'd buy that.

Mirror's Edge is just begging for it, surely. All those bright, contrasting primary colours, all that movement.

I say Phoenix as well. I :luv: Phoenix.

Failing that, Bjorn the Unicorn from Peggle. I know it might be mistaken for generic weird American housewife unicorn art, but - y'know. Peggle.

Or Grim Fandango!

She's gone for this. Although she thinks the games are rubbish, I told her that the audience of Penny-Arcade is likely to go for it.

That doesn't show up for me.

The first two are effing brilliant though. How much do they tend to go for?

Scribblenauts made $700 and World of Goo made $450. The Phoenix Wright one was not included in the catalogue, because she left it a little too late, but they are keeping it, and selling it next year.

Is there anywhere we can see all of your mum's paintings, Lewie? Miss Malabar loves the few I've shown her.

In the new year I am thinking of setting her up a web site for it. Or I might at least stick it all on a post on SavyGamer. Most of it is in this thread on the Penny-Arcade forums atm.

Yeah, but if past experience is anything to go by, he's not going to send it to the person that should get it.
