Prizes for being in character, sticking to the theme and keeping the story going.

You will be voting to hand someone over to the cops.

Voting rules are as follows:

With 3 players alive, 2 votes are required for a lynch, and 2 nolynch votes are required to not lynch anybody.

If a majority is not reached, at the end of the "day" the person with the most votes will be handed over to the cops, regardless of whether it is an overall majority or not. if there is a draw, then the day will be extended for a length of time that i decide, where as soon as someone takes the lead, they will be voted out.
If it is still a draw after the "golden vote" period, then all players who have the highest number of votes will be taken away to the big house.

Day 9 ends Monday at 2pm

Well I can tell you that GJ was visited by the prostitute because.. that prostitute is me! Yes.. that's right, I'm doubling up my day job by singing my clients into bed... then riding them for 20 bucks. Also, I keep them from killing anyone.

Ok, role claim time. I am the prostitute and I said it was the vision yesterday to try and get a reaction from him. I know that kovacs definitely isn't the SK, so the vision must be.

My vote will be standing.

Well this is going to be tricky to prove. I'll just hope that Kovacs sees through GJ's lies.

I'm the prostitute and my vote stands and GJ's false role claim proves to me without a shadow of a doubt that she's the serial killer.

I'm happy to answer any questions about my role but I believe that everyone I entertained owned up to it pretty much immediately... apart from Mimi a few days ago but she did own up when questioned. That's why I thought she was suspicious yesterday and voted for her.

If you look back through day 7, you can see plenty of posts by the vision trying to draw out the prostitute. I can post quotes later when I'm at my pc if you like, or just have a quick read through, its not too long.

You're right. There are plenty of posts because I was trying to draw attention away from me, and trying to see if the people I visited in the night would own up to it. Since I am the prostitutes, that role has been at the front of my mind ergo... I mention it a lot.

I started off blocking people at random, then when Craster admitted being the PI I protected him for a night. Then I went back to random blockings until I had a feeling who was who. Admittedly, I'm not very good at this game so I was off the mark with a lot of my guesses... until now!

GJ is definitely the serial killer and her role claim is a lie. I'm not sure how to convince you Kovacs so I'm hoping you'll make the right decision...

How would Mimi figure it out after a visit? The visits are anonymous and besides, Mimi wasn't visited until the 3rd November. I've just checked my sent messages.

Also, Mimi didn't seem to be agreeing with you very much on day 6, in fact... she voted for you! Does that sound like the actions of someone who had figured you out? Also, how do you know she had figured you out?

I mean I guessed that she had figured out who I was, obviously nothing can be certain. We don't know anything until someone has been dragged off to the station or killed. I was only making an educated guess at Mr Russ for example, but I was right, just as I believe you are the SK and kovacs is a townie. There is always the possibility that I could be proven wrong come tomorrow.

This is confusing.. So you're saying that you could be wrong? Kovacs could be a serial killer and I could be a townie?

Kovacs, you know you're not a serial killer don't you? I know I'm the prostitute and GJ throws the fact that she could be wrong into the mix? She's making mistakes because she's not telling the truth

She's also trying to use reverse psychology on you. That last sentence makes it sound like she's leaving the choice up to you when really, she's planting the seed in your mind NOT to vote for her.

I've been playing a lot of Arkham City the past few days (in between my singing gigs natch) and I reckon I've learnt a bit about detective work from Batman.

Kovacs... I implore you to vote for GJ. She is the serial killer and if you don't vote for her, I guaran-damn-tee we, the town, will lose this game.

So let me get this right. You have a sure fire way of knowing who everybody is before the GM reveals it? Absolutely? Because I don't.

How does he know you're not the serial killer? I haven't planted any seeds at all, you're the one telling him what he must do, I think that if he just reads through the last few days he will be able to come to his own conclusion, no arguing needed.

Congratulations to GJ for an emphatic win, and to the town for actually managing to kill all the mafia, after a belming start. However :belm: of the month has to go to KovacsC, narrowly beating the Mafia to the award.

A special mention to Gilly, for her excellent roleplaying, and thanks to everyone else who got into the spirit of things :)

Ironically, the only people left in the club at the end were the house band…
