It seems that lacesensor is the person acting the oddest, but in this oddbod town that could mean anything, but with nothing better to go on [vote:lacesensor]

I think everyone is hung over, the multiple wakes over the last few days have taken their toll.

*gets comfy on a bar stool and lights another cigarette*

What's a gal to do to get a drink around here?

Well guys, you've not seen me around much this weekend, there's a lot to do when your business partner and good pal has been found dead. I never got to know his side of the business, but every time I see his signature I feel a pang of regret that such a great guy has been s carelessly let go of by this world. I'm going to take a moment and a large whiskey to try and absorb some of the information from these last few days. I'll let you know my thoughts when a little bit of Mr Daniels has made me think a little more clearly.

Listen, guys, sorting out my dead partner's paperwork, one thing became apparent: the man liked spreadsheets. So, taking his lead, I sat down with my pen and paper and awaited the invention of computers. No, wait, I mean I made a grid and started to note down who tried to get who arrested over these past three days.

One more thing then became apparent: I had far too much time on my hands. And ink. And a rubbish pen.

So then I looked for patterns. The only pattern was the lack of patterns, and I liked to knit. Men knit too, so they say. Not one of these gentlemen nor painted ladies had voted for the same person two days in a row. Perhaps that was because the people they had voted for kept on being thrown in jail.

From the napkin that held my calculations it looks like nobody who had convinced the police to throw a perfectly innocent citizen into jail on the first night had voted for the second night's new resident of the old lock-down. MaliA voted to get the innocent Gospvg locked up, then voted (along with Curio and Craster) for the equally innocent Alarm, and though their wishes to see this fine fellow were swept aside, some evil individual or group obviously didn't want him around. And now Mali wants to see Gilly thrown into the slammer.

The only other person I can see who links MaliA and Gilly is Lacesensor, who voted for them on subsequent nights.

All three could be innocents, blindly voting for each other - maybe past dealings had gone wrong and it was just a perverse revenge - I make no judgements, but Lacesensor seems to be voting for two people who are working against each other - at least from Mali's point of view for pointing his suspicious finger at Gilly. There are quite a few votes on teh table for Lacesensor at the moment, from SlightlyGreen, Craster (who also voted for the murdered Alarm), and Kovacsc, so I'm inclined to suspect them along with MaliA.

OR my spreadsheet and understanding of this special pen I got from the Excell whiskey company were both out of focus.

To hell with it, I'm drunk and I miss my buddy, he'd get to the bottom of this. I'm gonna shut my eyes and ask myself 'what would he do?'. And then a voice speaks and says [vote:Craster]

#Something told me that time was running short... just a feeling a guess. We couldn't afford to lose another good man. Or gal. With nothing to go on, do I throw my hat in with the LS crowd, or stick with my gut on the skiffle addict?#

Tempted o change my vote to Gilly, just to have two people up on the same amount of votes. Trouble is, I think they're both probably innocent.

For the sake of prompting some talk I'll also [vote:Gilly] to see why we shouldn't let the cops take either gilly or lacesensor.

Neither of them have shown any interest in the classic films of my heydey.

With one fell swoop, g-men bust into the club and drag Lacesensor off to God knows where. I guess the police must be short staffed...

LaceSensor was the Club Bartender and a Townie
