I think it's a good idea because at least then someone'll understand these stupid bills and make 'up to' be banned.

Also, "Vote for me lol" is the best slogan ever.

Well that depends on your council. But a council can control the same land as one or more constituencies, so I guess it would be a 1:1 with meatspace, depending on where your node is.
