Me and Mrs AE were trying to recall this earlier on and failed miserably.

We're thinking that its release was late 90s, very good video (and it was definitely new at the time, muted 'white-blue' colours?), really good track too, if our memories serve us correctly (we may be wrong) - started off with Bowie sat at a table, and then everything all started moving around in odd ways with swirly type stuff, like the world was moving around him, or something.

Please help put our minds at rest!

Originally I thought it was Thursday's Child, but it's actually 'Survive' off of the same album if it is what you're thinking of, the very good Hours...:

Ahhh that's the one - you have the skills to pay the bills :DD

The track's not quite as good as I remembered it being (Mrs AE has gone to bed so she'll have to reappraise it tomorrow), but still pretty cool, although the video is the most striking thing about it with the benefit of hindsight.

Bowie is super-cool though, age just makes him even cooler.

I think Survive kind of stuck in our minds 'cause we spent most of 99/00 totally ratted out on whatever we could get our hands on at the time, so we were chatting about 'that Bowie table thing' and couldn't remember what the hell it was ?:|

Thanks BrigBrother :) (And extra excellently, I'm now motivated to have a late-night Bowie montage off YouTube :metul: )
